A Free Visual Guide to Embodied Discipleship

The cross settled who you are. This map shows how your body learns to live inside it.

The Map of Transformation
From Disconnection to Resurrection

The Map of Transformation is a visual guide to the Christian journey from mental belief and bodily unbelief to awareness, surrender, and embodied union in Christ.

It reveals the shape of a life moving:

From head to heart to body.
From striving to surrender.
From knowing about God to participating in His life.

The Christian life has a shape.

You were never meant to spend your life collecting breakthroughs without knowing where they were taking you.

There is an order to transformation.

Not an order of spiritual superiority. Not a ladder you climb toward God. An order in the body’s growing capacity to receive and live from what Christ has already accomplished.

You may not be stuck. You may simply never have been shown where you are.

The fall did not remain an idea.

Separation became something human beings learned to live.

Guilt becomes trying. Trying becomes striving. Striving becomes a life spent reaching for a love that cannot be earned because it was never withheld.

Eventually, even faith can become another way of trying harder.

The answer is not more effort. It is learning to live from what is already true.

That movement has a shape.

Three movements of embodied transformation

Not three levels of spiritual superiority. They trace the shape the faith has always had — buried with Christ, raised with Him, and brought in time into union — as the body slowly grows able to receive that life and live it.

  1. Body of Unbelief

“I have a body, but I live in my head.”

  2. Body of Awareness

“My body is my home—and God meets me here.”

  3. Body of Union

“I no longer chase the life I have already been given.”

One of these is where you are standing right now. The Map of Transformation traces the movement through all three — and shows you which.

Where is this transformation going?

Christianity does not end with the cancellation of guilt.

It opens into participation.

The early Church called it theosis: the human person, united to Christ by grace, sharing in the very life the Son eternally shares with the Father.

Nothing is independently possessed.

Everything is received.

Why I created this map

I spent years gathering pieces of transformation without a Christian framework large enough to hold them together.

I knew what it was to understand something intellectually and still remain unchanged in the places that mattered most.

Over time, a pattern became visible: the finished work of Christ had never been waiting for me to complete it. My body was learning how to live from it.

The Map of Transformation is the framework I wish someone had handed me much earlier.

— Daniel Bradley Founder, Genius of the Body

The work is finished.

You are not climbing toward a life God has kept somewhere above you.

The movement is from what has already been given into a body increasingly able to live it.
